DCBR Primary Membership
Membership as your primary association of REALTORS® for Wisconsin – this includes paying dues to National, state, and our local association on an annual basis billed out per calendar year. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson wishing to join DCBR must be sponsored by a Designated REALTOR of DCBR. An agent cannot join DCBR unless their sponsoring broker belongs to DCBR
Does not include MLS access.

Includes free educational seminars, a dedicated full and part time staff. A marketing committee committed to promotion of local membership and the value of using a REALTOR®. MLS Access for New Real Estate Firms
Joining as a new company in the DCBR will allow you upon filing an application and paying all applicable fees access to the DCBR MLS as the participant of the service. You must be the Designated REALTOR® for the company and provide license information from the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).
